Lily McDaniel is a professional dancer, choreographer, and model based in New York City. Lily was raised in South Carolina and started dancing and competing at a very early age, training in ballet, jazz, tap, musical theatre, Horton technique, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, heels and more. Lily continued her training at the Steps on Broadway Conservatory out of high school and has learned from many seasoned professionals including Skye Mattox, Jess LeProtto, Kenna Morris Garcia, and Yoshito Sakuraba. She went on to perform repertory from the Paul Taylor Company and Verdon Fosse Legacy, and has performed on many prestigious stages including the Joyce Theater NYC. In addition to performing she has continued to expand her career in other ways. Lily has choreography credits including a music video for Johnny Craig and multiple pieces for Steps on Broadway. She also has experience being an associate and assisting in auditions for shows including Chicago, for regional theaters around the country. Lily’s approach to dance comes from a place of joy and love of learning. Sharing her passion through performing and choreographing is something she will forever cherish.
